If you are looking to build muscle - get toned - be stronger, there are two things you need to have in place - protein and calories in. So often we think that building a body with visible muscle definition is about cardio and weight loss when in fact, it's about eating and weight training.


Building muscle is about getting strong, creating stability in your joints and maintaining our bone density as we age.

Men and women innately have completely different muscle to fat ratios - men carry more muscle and women carry more fat.
